Symptoms of a Heart Attack
The following are the most common symptoms of a heart attack: 1. Arrhythmias 2. Shortness of breath 3. Palpitations 4. Fainting 5. Angina 6. Light-headedness 7. Chest discomfort 8. Chest pain 9. Pain occurrences 10. Pain on exercise 11. Rest and pain 12. Indigestion
Arrhythmia is irregular heart beats. Sometimes due to anxiety people can develop problems with the rhythmic beating of the heart. These can indicate a heart attack. Shortness of breath involves when your breathing becomes shallow as in when you do some strenuous work. Palpitations are when your heart beat increases just a little bit. Fainting is when you feel no energy and lose muscular coordination. Angina is probably is the most obvious indication. It indicates a sudden shooting the pain in the heart. Light-headedness is when you feel dizzy and are about to collapse. Chest discomfort is when you feel very uneasy and the uneasiness stems from somewhere around your chest area. Chest pain is a throbbing kind of pain from somewhere around your chest. Pain occurrences indicate that the pain could be a heart attack. The pain can either be a throbbing pulse or a shooting pain. Pain on exercise is obviously the pain associated when you are exercising. Rest and pain indicates that the pain subsides when the person with the pain rests. Indigestion is when you get lose motions while one or all of the above symptoms are happening.

While all of the above indicate symptoms of heart disease, there are a few that appear as symptoms for some other problem but are actually that of a heart attack. These are: 1. Burps accompanied by pain in the upper abdomen. 2. Pain radiating in your left arm.
